Kickoff & BEP
We align on scope, LOD, naming conventions and a BIM Execution Plan. Every deliverable is agreed in writing before modeling starts.
Modeling
We model each discipline in Revit, Civil 3D or Tekla against your confirmed design intent — architectural, structural and MEP in a federated file.
Coordination
We run federation, clash tests and tracked BCF resolution in Navisworks until the model is fully clean. Every clash is logged with status and owner.
Delivery
We hand over drawings, takeoffs and as-built models, documented and auditable. Ongoing model management is available post-delivery.

Common questions.
We model in Revit as our primary authoring tool and deliver in .rvt, .ifc, .nwd, .dwg or any format your workflow requires. All our federated models are run through Navisworks for clash coordination.
We work from LOD 100 concept massing through to LOD 400 fabrication-ready geometry. We agree the level in the BEP at kickoff and tie it to each discipline and project phase.
A single-discipline model takes 2–4 weeks. Multi-discipline coordination with clash resolution typically runs 4–8 weeks depending on building complexity and the number of revision cycles.
We run automated clash tests in Navisworks against discipline-specific tolerances, export BCF issues, and hold weekly coordination meetings to track resolution status. Every clash gets an owner and a close-out date.
We track design changes through a formal change log. We assess the impact on LOD, schedule and clash status, issue a revised scope if needed, and update the model against the confirmed revision — no uncontrolled updates.
